Established in 2012, Keefa Motor Tours is a premier travel company based in Kampala, Uganda, dedicated to offering immersive and informative city experiences. We take pride in showcasing Kampala’s rich cultural, political, socio-economic, and historical heritage through well-curated itineraries.
Our tours highlight some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Buganda Palace, Bahá’í Temple, Gaddafi National Mosque, Independence Monument, and the Royal Mile. What is a boda-boda?
A boda-boda is a motorcycle that is used as a taxi to transport passengers for a certain fare. This term has endured for ages, ever since bicycles were being used.
It’s currently included in the Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary due to its widespread usage.
What is the cost of each tour?

Which parts of the city do you visit?
We visit a significant part of the city, especially the city center; right from Kololo Hill (the Beverly Hills of Kampala) to downtown where the hustle and bustle endlessly happens.
Is the boda-boda safe?
With trained, professional and skilled riders who don’t forget to stop at the traffic lights, safety on a boda boda is absolutely guaranteed.
Are the boda-boda drivers skilled?
All the boda-boda riders that we’ve partnered with at Keefa Motor Tours are skilled and experienced. They know what to do and how to do it.
On top of that, they can all speak English fairly well, so expect them to guide you as well, especially when translating what the natives are trying to tell you, or in case a place is safe or not.
How many female riders do you have?
We have 10 female riders who are just a call away whenever we need them. However, depending on the number of guests we have to ride with, you might never see all of them on one tour.
Do we pay entry fees to the tour sites?
